Work centre groups

Work centre groups allow you to group Work centres by an arbitrary classification. Every Work centre belongs to exactly one Work centre Group which is used to classify the Work centre according to what type of Work centre it is.

  • No practical limit on the number of Work centre groups that can be created
  • An unlimited number of Work centres can belong to a single Work centre Group
  • Work centre Group Codes are FlexiCode, allowing the Work centre Group code to be changed while still retaining all internal links to that group

Database rules:

  • A Work centre group cannot be deleted if it is referenced by any of the following:
    • Work centres

This is the complete list of all Work centre groups currently defined. As you click on each item in the list, the details for the selected Work centre Group appear on the right.

When you want to edit or delete a Work centre Group, highlight the group in the list and click on the Edit or Delete button.

This is the code used to identify the Work centre Group. This is a FlexiCode field which means that it can be modified at any time without affecting any of the internal links to the actual Work centre Group.

This is the common name given to the Work centre group that will allow all users to identify it.

This is a general description of the Work centre Group and can contain any necessary information relating to the Work centre Group.
